“I just wanted to write because of the great experience I had with your staff Saturday 11/21. I've never written about service before but felt this definitely warranted my time. I had lost my Stephen Lynch tickets the day of the event. I called the box office and was told they couldn't help me since they were bought through a third party. The third party I purchased the tickets from would not help me. I thought I would go to the ticket window and try to re-purchase my seats. Since I had my confirmation email from the third party stating my seats and proof of purchase, my tickets were reprinted and I did not have to pay for my tickets twice.
